THIRD CALL FOR PROPOSALS: EVALUATION RESULTS

The Project Steering Committee has evaluated the 105 applications received under the 3rd Call for proposals launched by Créer en Afrique Centrale. Applications were submitted from Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Chad.

The final evaluation took place during the Project Steering Committee meeting on 23 February 2023, in Paris, France.

The evaluation results are herewith published:

  • Of the 105 applications, 48 project proposals were not eligible since they did not comply with the Call’s guidelines and/or its formal requirements.
  • 57 applications were assessed as eligible and were graded according to the evaluation criteria.
  • In compliance with the evaluation criteria and the financial provision available, 16 applications have been selected for the award of a grant.
  • 5 proposals above the minimum threshold were placed on the reserve list.

Créer en Afrique Centrale reserves the right not to award all available funds if the grantees are not capable of implementing their projects according to the selection criteria and the guidelines of the 3rd Call.
