The consortium of Créer en Afrique Centrale, in collaboration with the Moleskine Foundation, organised a discussion entitled "A useful dream" on 6 September 2023 with two renowned cultural professionals from the African continent, Simon Njami and Mamou Daffé.
The session was a great success, offering those behind projects supported by the ACP-EU Culture Programme - Créer en Afrique Centrale a space for exchange and reflection based on the experiences and advice of the two specialists and the questions of the participants. Simon Njami, from a more philosophical point of view, and Mamou Daffé, from a more practical point of view, discussed how to make this useful dream come true and how to apply creative leadership to develop talent and improve organisational culture in the cultural sector.
