The project Créer en Afrique centrale: Support to the cultural and creative sectors, is one of the six regional projects selected in the framework of the ACP-EU Culture programme, a joint initiative of the European Union (EU) and the Organisation of the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OEACP), through the implementation of the new decentralised region mechanism aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of CCIs in the ACP countries.
