Tuendelee Pamoja aims to improve the working conditions of acting artists and equip them to create quality shows as well as attract a large audience for a good consumption of their performances. Through the organisation of workshops for arts professionals (actors, directors, stage managers etc.), it fills the gap in the lack of art schools and the difficulty for artists to create professional works in the region.  The project will enable artists to participate in the whole process: from a series of workshops to the creation of a professional quality cultural work and its distribution.
