In an increasingly competitive environment for African creators and where it is necessary to showcase their talent to position themselves in the various local, regional and international markets, the Central African cultural and creative strengthening programme (PRICCAC) intends to contribute to the development of the cultural and creative industries sector through capacity building and mentoring of young entrepreneurs and cultural promotors in Cameroon, Tchad and CAR. Thus, this programme involves actors of the field, in a proactive approach of coaching and specific support, in a series of training workshops via webinars, workshops and “coffee networking”, to reinforce their capacity in the creation of sustainable cultural and creative industries, based on the reappropriation of African culture and creativity and the establishment of a professional network by October 2022.
